Tara was really nice however did have some overall concerns about patient confidentiality at the practice. During the scheduling confirmation phone call the caller talked about both my appointment and my 19 year old daughter’s appointment. Had they reached my daughter first and told her that I had an appointment I would have been very upset. I almost canceled my appointment at that time. Then when I arrived today I was asked to fill out paperwork including a form saying I read and understood the privacy policy, which I wasn’t provided. I did make a comment at the time and a copy of the policy was given to me before I left and I was told a note was put on my file not to share any information, including appointments, with my family members. Seeing as this was my first visit I really can’t say whether I would recommend the practice or not. I scheduled a follow up appointment for next month and will see joe I am feeling about the practice after that.

To whom it may concern: The office receptionist on duty 1/26/20023 in the morning, was not very phone friendly when making an inquiry today. Just fyi for whomever is in charge of personnel.

When I saw Angela Dee she was very professional and made me feel comfortable, I need test results and I will not talk to just anyone only her because Dr. Khodzinsky is on vacation I was told. Only like to talk to professionals for test results.

Dr. Roman Khodzinsky is the best doctor that I have known in the past several years, but they have all new help at the call center of greater New Haven internal medicine service and the doctor does not get the messages and when you wait several hours to call back because he didn’t call they tell you he went on vacation , And it’s very upsetting to have this happen to a wonderful doctor like Dr. Roman Khodzinsky , there needs to be something done and when you call to get test results whoever you talk to wants to give you the results, I’d do not want the results from anybody I want them either from Doctor Khodzinsky or from Angela D my a ARPN.

I’m a local advocate warning you to stay away from this “doctor”. This website won’t allow low star reviews to be posted. DISCRIMINATION AND BIAS…This is the worst practice in New Haven county (You are literally better off at Cornell Scott Hill). I’m an advocate and have not seen anything like this. The way he and his staff spoke about my patient when they thought I couldn’t hear them was astonishing (no worries I got it all ON TAPE) The doctors are rude, CLASSIST, and arrogant and have zero regard for patient care. First off, they literally had sick staff working with people during Covid. Exposing high risk patients with no regard. Secondly they are literally letting someone go without a life saving medication simply for having to reschedule an appointment. Patient even asked when they called to reschedule (because their ceiling caved in and the repair people where coming at the same time as the appointment Monday) & asked if they would need to do any labs or anything that day or Friday because they wouldn’t have time to do it Monday. The scheduling person said it was perfectly fine and she would let them know and if any issue they would call. We rescheduled for a week out and then while the patient has contractors in his house on Monday they get a call saying your life-saving medication will not be refilled today because you failed to make your appointment!? Patient immediately rushed over to the office (at cost with uber as the patient typical takes medical cabs) and then Dr. (Ramzen) took one look at the patient and care giver (patient is profoundly disabled) and discharged the patient on the spot. I suppose having the audacity to walk in and ask why he was refusing a life saving medication (that was due that day and the patient was out of) and if we could just have an appointment right then or do labs right then was too much for poor folks like us to ask for? He told one patient who called that he only accept “healthy patients” and told another he “doesn’t believe in permanent disability” (to a vet who was blown up overseas) He told a patient who has 5 years clean and sober (on record tested monthly) that they are a junky and should do inpatient rehab? Also his office said that no-one is in charge and they have no office manager!? So no oversight? They were so condescending with this last interaction I had with them that two other patients in the waiting room gave me their number so they could give me statements for the lawsuit! What they are doing is morally wrong on a million levels and I am genuinely making it my mission to pursue consequences to their discriminatory and bias practices. Avoid this place like your life depends on it, their discrimination and bias may very well cost your life or life of a loved one. If you are on state or federal medical they WILL TREAT YOU LIKE A BURDEN AND NOT PROVIDE PROPER CARE! The doctors are arrogant and treat folks like garbage for not having money. Again I have literally never seen anything like this before in my life (30 years in healthcare and a mother who runs a hospice) Again, and I can’t stress enough, he shows blatant discrimination and bias. Blatant disregard for patient safety and welfare. Usmon Ramzen is a collection of red flags sewn into the shape of a man. He is no doctor. Do not trust him.

The doctors quickly diagnosed the irritated area on my back as a spider bite. I was in and out with a prescription in less than an hour.
